Very friendly staff, comfortable room, good shower, perfect spot in the centre with lots of public transport. Everything worked in the room and bathroom and for the price, with a good breakfast included, it was good value for money. I've stayed in hotels in the centre that cost more, but had smaller rooms or were shabby.

Very Central, clean, comfortable beds. The only issue was that the room was really cold. But we told reception and they fixed it straight away. Breakfast was very nice. Highly recommend.

Nice, light room in a central location. We were able to leave our bags there in the morning and check in when we came home at 10pm, there is a 24-hour concierge.

Great hotel in a fantastic location - everything you need is within easy walking distance The staff were all really friendly and professional. The rooms are comfy and the breakfast is really tasty (also plenty of it). Can't recommend this hotel enough and will definitely stay here next time I'm in Nantes.

The staff were extremely helpful booking a taxi for us, they also helped my son and daughter-in-law who were not staying at the hotel book a taxi to the airport as they were struggling to find one to take them with a baby, pram, and suitcases.

Great Location in Graslin close to shops , bars , restaurants and a short walk from nearest tram stop. Staff very friendly and helped us to store baggage in the morning prior to afternoon check-in.

Staff very friendly, excellent location, rooms were small but comfortable. I've stayed in much smaller rooms in Paris. Breakfast was good too. It's quiet too as located on a small street.
