Ibis Styles Nantes Centre Place Graslin

Location was excellent, the room was adequate for our needs

The room is small, but is having everything what you can need. It is clean and very comfortable (especially the bed). I liked in particular the number and position of sockets in the room. The hotel is silent and it is having a great location, in heart of Nantes. The stuff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic, the best that I had on such money. An extra bonus is fresh orange juice.

When you stay in a chain hotel you know there are quality standards, so everything is OK in most of the cases. But at Ibis Style Nantes Place Graslin of we had a nice surprise in the way we were received and welcomed by Jerault (excuse-moi si j'ai mal ecrit votre prenom). He took the time to explain us a lot about the city on Nantes, he changed our two rooms in order to meet our expectations, he helped us with the parking. When you have a nice hotel in the best hyper-central location, with a parking place at 50m away, with kind staff and with a great breakfast (we had even FRESH orange juice!), all these a very good price - you can say only: WOW! C'est SUPER! Merci beaucoup :)

After our return flight was cancelled on Wednesday 6th July 2022, the staff at the hotel were absolutely superb in re-instating our rooms, finding other rooms and being so helpful and professional.
